Sales Representative & Product Specialist LS

Are you interested in a position at a market leading company with a high-end portfolio?

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative that can help expand and develop Getinges successful life science business in Sweden with initial focus on Bioreactors.

Key duties & responsibilities
• Visit customers and maintain relationships with them; draw up meeting reports and action plans.
• Acquire new customers and assess existing and future sales opportunities.
• Maintain own Salesforce data registry for opportunities and progress.
• Analyze and report on the sales results with regard to the assigned targets.
• Accurately contribute to sales forecasting process and elaborate quarterly presentation of sales funnel to GM.
• Negotiate with customers or prospects regarding system configurations, prices and commercial conditions.
• Manage and monitor requests for quotations and other commercial correspondence.
• Assist promotional activities within the Swedish and Nordic LS market, such as expositions, symposia, etc.
• Adequately respond to the technical and commercial questions posed by our customers or prospects, in close cooperation with our technical back office.
• Follow up on the quotations made to customers or prospects as well as on start-up and aftercare of the supplied equipment
Knowledge & experience
• University-level education preferably in biotechnology/biology which can also be medical laboratory research work, microbiology or bioprocess technology. Preference is given to the education that is supplemented by commercial training.
• Preferentially 1-3 years of experience in a similar function, but we also invite recent graduates to respond.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden
• Knowledge of the product range functionalities is a definite plus.
• Good oral and written command of Swedish and English. Dutch is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
