We are now looking for an Advisor to advance Finnish business in Sweden. We are offering an opportunity to work in an agile, fast moving organization, offering you a unique view into both Finnish and Sweden markets and business environments. We have identified the following focus industries in Sweden: ICT and Digitalization, Bioeconomy and Cleantech, Health and Wellbeing as well as Consumer Business and Food Industry, where opportunities exist for exports by Finnish companies. The priority focus industry for this position is ICT and Digitalization. Your main responsibility is enabling Finnish companies to succeed in their internationalization efforts. The position will be filled temporary for two years period.




Promoting exports of Finnish companies to local market
Advising and guiding Finnish SMEs in their internationalization plans, actions and possible challenges in your market
Connecting Finnish SMEs with local high value networks
Identifying business opportunities and sales leads for Finnish companies in the area
Working closely with all other Team Finland members Sweden such as the local Finnish embassy

In order to succeed you will have:

Living and working experience in the area with established networks
Understanding of the local business life and culture
Experience of ICT/digitalization industry and/or at least some of above mentioned Finnish focus industries in Sweden
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Suitable university degree
SME experience (business development/sales/ marketing)
Excellent project management and communication skills
