Sales Manager

In order to grow our business we are now looking for an experienced, passionate, digitally-savvy sales professional with extensive experience selling digital services. Your new job in brief
As Sales Manager at Isobar, you will be tasked with the following mission:

• Actively hunt for new prospects who are about to engage in a Digital Transformation initiative
• Identify, explore and close opportunities within the Marketing Technology field
• Build strong and winning relationships with our key partner’s and customers in order to become the top of mind contact to engage with on newly generated opportunities
• Lead our sales efforts ensuring that our team understands the customer’s expectations, identify the most relevant solution and then package it in a way that will form a winning offer

About the role
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and account management experience with a solid track record of selling enterprise platforms and/or digital solutions. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital transformation and is confident in articulating the value proposition for marketing technology; would it be in analytics, marketing automation, DMP or other.

You have the capacity to build strong relationship with key decision makers and are able to stand up in front of C-Level leaders in marketing and IT and present convincingly.

We expect our ideal candidate to know about the latest technology trends and have an interest to constantly learn and acquire new core competencies as the market demands.

Our candidate will have the ability to briefly discuss possible implementation scenarios and architecture, but also know when to include support from Isobar into pre-sales activities.

Who you are
We are looking for an individual with a "hunter" mentality who is highly motivated by sales and with a proven track record of meeting or overachieving sales targets.

As Sales Manager you are a self-starter and independent and knows how to distinguish a qualified opportunity from an unqualified lead. You prioritize your efforts on the most valuable deals and focuses the energy on closing business.

Previous experience working with martech solutions, especially Salesforce, is preferred.

Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
